Delivery did not communicate
I was told I’d get a heads about delivery and gave my phone number for updates. I wasn’t given a delivery window. They showed up, called me while I was at lunch, and then left. I called them and asked to be called the next day to make sure I was there. Someone at the delivery company told me they put a special note in. The next day, they did the exact same thing but I happened to be there. No delivery window. No heads up. The only reason this isn’t a one star review is the quality of the product seems good. I rarely write a bad review but your delivery and “tracking” was terrible.
