Returns Policy

To be eligible for a return, you must provide proof of purchase, such as your order number and email. Returned items must include all accessories, remain unused, and be in the same condition as when received, with original tags and packaging intact.
For non-quality-related returns (e.g., change of mind or ordering the wrong product), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. In such cases, we will refund 80% of the purchase price. This deduction covers restocking and administrative costs.
If your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item. Please note:
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Returns that do not meet the stated requirements may be rejected.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed via your original payment method (e.g., credit card or PayPal) within 5-7 working days.
Order Cancellations or Changes
If you wish to cancel or amend your order, contact us at info@jamesbarbershop.uk with your name and order number.
Order Cancellation:
Orders not yet dispatched can be cancelled free of charge, and a full refund will be issued.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellations will incur a 20% fee to cover handling and shipping costs.
Order Changes:
Changes to undelivered orders (e.g., product or address modifications) are free of charge.
Changing the address of a shipped order may incur additional costs depending on courier fees. Please contact our customer support for details.
Return Procedure
1. Contact our customer service team to explain your reason for the return. Photos or videos may be requested to verify the issue.
2. If approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label.
3. Print the label and securely attach it to the original packaging. Return the item within 30 days of receiving the label; otherwise, it will expire.
4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 2 business days. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Damages or Loss in Transit
Please inspect your items upon delivery. If you notice damage, defects, or incorrect items, notify us at info@jamesbarbershop.uk within 48 hours of receipt, along with clear photographic evidence.
For lost parcels or concealed damages, contact us within 48 hours of delivery to ensure a resolution. Failure to report issues within this timeframe may limit our ability to assist with replacements or refunds.
Refund Policy
1. Full refunds are provided for products with manufacturing defects or if we made an error (e.g., wrong or damaged items).
2. For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind or incorrect selection), an 80% refund will be issued.
3. Refunds for unshipped orders will be processed within 2 working days. For shipped items, refunds will be processed after the return is received and inspected.
